5 mile prep

Cory is preparing for the St. George Marathon in October. He has set up a schedule to meet his goal and Saturdays are his long runs.Only in Utah can you choose some random trail and have this beautiful of a view while you run. Look at the horses and that mountain landscape! The kids and I followed behind on the bike.

5 miles now, 26 in October. Cory's co-worker Steve is also training for the marathon. They plan to keep each other going by training together.

Cory, I'm so excited we're in a weight loss challenge! I'm sure Cortney told you the rules, 10% body fat, and we have until August 15th. I hope you're ready for the challenge, I know I am!
