Ledger turns 1

Ledger celebrated his first year of life at the end of December. He is an amazing child! He has just started to walk and communicates with us fairly well already, although he doesn't say words as much as he squawks at us. When Cory or I get home from work or being gone he lights up and is sooo happy to see us. As to be expected with a boy, he gets into all the things he shouldn't. The dog food and under the desk with all the wires are his two favorite things to get into. At one he is happy and still smiles all the time. He is active and loves playing with or without his sister. No one makes him laugh quite like Winter. Ledger would never take a pacifier and quickly become a thumb sucker. He is so cute, he will find a soft blanket or his giggy (dog head/tiny blanket thing) and like an uncontrolled automatic response his thumb goes into his mouth. He will snuggle up with anything soft and loves to wrestle around in and under fuzzy blankets.
Mmmm cupcakes! We had a quiet night just the four of us. Cory's parents brought him his gift later that night and wished him a happy birthday.
I have a picture from when I turned one that looks just like this one below.
Happy Birthday Ledger, my sweet little love muffin.

Ledger also has had a hair cut since this post :)
